Shippings & Delivery

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email & SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

To track your Order, please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the My Orders section from the Menu.
  2. The website will ask you to log in if you’re not logged in already.
  3. Once you’re logged in, select the order you want to track and click on Order Summary.
  4. From there, click on the Check Order Status button, to see the order timeline.
  5. If you want to see live tracking of your order, click on Track Order button once that is available.
  6. In the new tab that opens, you will be able to see the status of your order.

You can also go to our delivery partner’s website to see the status of your order. To do so, copy the AWB/Tracking number present in the Order Details section and click on the link provided below the Track Order button.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Yes. We charges our customers for shipping based on their PIN Code. We do not charge higher rates if you’re close to our warehouse.

For Order Totals more than Rs 500, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING at all Pin Codes.

Do we provide faster shipping service?

Yes. We offer 2 types of shipping options to our customers – Standard and Express Delivery.

However, Express Delivery service is only available at selected Pin Codes.

If your pin code qualifies for express delivery, you will see that option in the Address Page while you Checkout.

Do I get any shipping discount if I order more items?

Yes. For Orders amounting to Rs 500 and more, we offer FREE Standard Shipping at all Pin Codes.

However, we do not offer free shipping/shipping discount on Express Delivery Service.

Please note that Free Shipping Offer is given only on the Orders whose Cart Value is more than Rs 500 and it doesn’t depend on the overall Order.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility based on your shipping choice. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in shipper boxes or pouches, which are covered safely. Each product is packaged while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap or padding. We pride ourselves on the quality of our sustainable packaging.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time can usually take anywhere from 3-5 working days depending upon your zip code and location in India.

While we are trying our best to avoid any delays, some out-of-stock products might delay your order.

In other cases, product delivery could see delays due to reasons attributable to payment processing, logistics, public holidays, natural calamities, unforeseen circumstances, etc.

Does Live-a-bit ship outside India?

At present No. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
